From tree to dessert
Calling all chocaholics to participate in this hands-on cacao workshop! A true chocaholic herself, Dorien will go through all the steps of the process to turn cacao beans into chocolate, e.g. fermentation, roasting, winnowing,… but we start with a walk through the cacao forest to collect cacao pods. Your hard work will pay off as we end the workshop with the baking (& eating) of Finca Montezuma’s brownies - with the chocolate you just made!
Duration: 4 hours
Price: 40 USD/person or 30 USD/person for groups of 3 or more
When: Upon reservation, starting anytime between 9 am & 2 pm
